It only adds about 50-75 to your carry capacity, but I just love the way it looks. There are also mods which add backpacks, my favourite requires Frostfall (which also adds craftable backpacks of its own) and lets you pick up an existing knapsack such as the one in the torture chamber at Helgen and then fix it at the forge so you can use it as a proper backpack, if you have certain other items like a woodcutting axe or a cooking pot they will also appear hanging from it when you wear it: I use Hypothermia instead of Frostfall now, because my PC can't handle a lot of scripts, but I honestly miss this mod. One or two of the pouches (rather than absolutely covering yourself in them) will look pretty good with most of the vanilla outfits/armour, in my opinion, but YMMV. the Thieves Guild Armour and the robes you get from the College. In addition to the other suggestions, there's a mod called Bandoliers which is available either on Steam or the Nexus which allows you to craft (using either just leather/leather strips, or for some of the bigger ones you also need to make buckles at the forge from iron ingots - there's also an option to use an extra ingredient to make them black, can't remember what it is, something from spiders IIRC, added by the mod) various pouches, vial-carriers, and bandoliers which you can wear to increase your carry capacity (by 25-75 points each I believe).
